I needed to update payment info and a representative got back to me by e mail and problem solved.
I was answered in minutes and the rep explained what I needed to do, I am old school and low tech, but the smalls app is so easy to use, believe me, if I can navigate it anybody can.
My babies love the food and I love dealing with Smalls

I placed an order with Smalls and the two fish broths that I ordered were not included in the package. They verified that the broth had been ordered and offered to refund the cost, and provide a 15% discount on my next order, but I really needed it for my picky eater.

I asked them to send the missed items and they told me that they would not because they did not want to pay the shipping cost as the items did not cost enough, and they were trying to keep the cost down. It was their error and I felt undervalued as a customer. What terrible customer service!

They surely don't seem to care about the pets. When the company makes a mistake, they should make it right, even if it does cost them additional postage.
